Outpatient Therapist $1500 Sign On Bonus

Job Description

Seeking a full-time, community-based Outpatient Therapist with a valid NC license (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, or LCMHC-A) for serving Medicare/Adult populations, with flexibility to serve children if needed.

_Candidates set their own schedule with no earning cap._

Objective: Provide psychotherapy and psycho-education, ensuring continuity of care through documentation, collaboration, and crisis response.

Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy, scheduling and responding promptly to clients, documenting clinical contacts, collaborating with healthcare providers, managing crisis situations, completing treatment plans, and participating in ongoing education and meetings.

Pay ranges from $40-$80/hour, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Requirements: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, willing to work in Goldsboro, NC, with relocation if necessary. Work is hybrid remote in Goldsboro.
