Seeking an Operating Room Manager to oversee daily OR operations, staff coordination, and equipment management.
Supervise staff scheduling, ensure supplies/equipment availability, and coordinate physician needs. Develop and implement policies, conduct staff training, and promote professional development. Maintain communication with staff, physicians, and departments to ensure efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with standards, including AORN guidelines, and meet productivity goals. Qualifications include RN licensure (BSN preferred), surgical nursing experience, management experience, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
