Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time *Nurse Practitioner (APRN)* or *Physician Assistant (PA-C)* for an outpatient mental health and substance use disorder clinic in Tulsa, OK.

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Prescribe and manage medications, including medication-assisted treatment for opioid and stimulant use disorders.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, recovery-oriented care.

Support patients through ambulatory detox services when appropriate.

Monitor patient progress, educate patients, and document services accurately.

Qualifications include licensure in Oklahoma, DEA and OBN registration, with preferred experience in mental health/substance use treatment. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment. Work is on-site, Monday through Friday.
