Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehab, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Responsibilities include face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions and clinical outcomes reviews, and collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
