Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated licensed mental health therapist to join our outpatient practice in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents
• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate client records and progress notes
• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Participating in professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• License eligible in NM
• Minimum three years of counseling experience
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapy approaches
• Excellent listening, communication, and crisis intervention skills

• Salary of $75,000–$80,000 plus bonus (based on 32 clinical hours, guaranteed salary)
