Job Description

We offer a part-time Home Health Speech Language Pathologist position in the Muncie/Alexandria, Indiana area.

Provide 1:1 patient care with flexibility to create your own schedule.

Mileage reimbursement and optional weekend hours.

Service area includes Muncie, Alexandria, and surrounding areas.

Monitor patient progress, ensure compliance with physician’s orders, and educate patients and caregivers.

Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Perform therapy interventions using standard techniques.

Qualifications: Current Indiana license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, vehicle access; prior home health experience preferred but not required.

This role involves traveling within the service area to provide skilled speech therapy, ensuring patient progress and care coordination. Equal opportunity employer.
