Job Description

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager for our Long Term Care community, a CMS 5-star rated facility with a Bronze Quality Award. The role involves overseeing nursing staff, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring high standards of resident care, and managing care plans in collaboration with medical teams. The Nurse Manager will handle resident assessments, address concerns, and monitor quality assurance initiatives.

  • Work schedule: 3 12-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts per week.
  • Qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS certification, strong communication skills, and preferably 1-3 years LTC experience (training available).
