Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children. They provide training to families and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Reports to the Clinical Director and offers full- or part-time positions, with flexible hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current Michigan licensure, and eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year; experience with pediatric populations and special needs is preferred. Candidates should be team-oriented, credentialed with major insurance providers, and able to lift 25 lbs.
Responsibilities involve working with children aged 2-12, conducting therapy in a child-friendly environment, and possibly leading summer groups and camps.
