Job Description
Responsible for supervising resident care, developing care plans, and evaluating nursing services.
- Assess resident needs at admission and discharge, document services, and monitor care quality.
- Supervise nursing staff, assign duties, and ensure compliance with policies and physician orders.
- Coordinate discharge planning, communicate with residents and families, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in process improvements, handle staffing and disciplinary issues, and promote a positive work environment.
- Review charts regularly, ensure safety and infection control, and lead special projects as needed.
Requirements include a current RN license, 1-3 years of experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, and effective communication. Physical activity involves lifting and moving objects, standing, walking, and computer work.
