Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Care team, providing personalized evaluation and treatment in patients’ homes to enhance communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities include interpreting medical prescriptions, conducting assessments, developing and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications require a Master’s degree, CCC or CFY status, NY State licensure, and CPR certification; experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders is preferred.
