Job Description
Part-time/PRN opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ residences.
Work involves managing cognitive-communication and swallowing issues stemming from stroke, TBI, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.
Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure continuity of care, and documenting in the health information system.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Must be willing to relocate to State College, PA, before starting.
