Job Description

This position offers a flexible, part-time orthopedic surgery role as a 1099 independent contractor, typically involving a 4-hour weekly or biweekly onsite shift.

Responsibilities include managing medically complex cases, facilitating patient recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to treat work-related orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Active communication with employers and case management is essential.

Qualifications include licensure in the state of practice, Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, experience with work-related injuries preferred, and malpractice insurance coverage.

Compensation is based on a revenue share model, with flexible scheduling to complement ongoing private practice. The role promotes making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives while maintaining practice flexibility.
