Physician – Primary Care

Job Description

This primary care physician position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus per contract year and requires board certification, a Missouri medical license, and BLS certification.

As a team-oriented, patient-centered provider, the role involves direct patient care, coordinating care within a collaborative model, ensuring patient rights, attending training and meetings, and supporting clinic operations. The physician may provide services at various local sites to ensure continuity of care.
