Job Description

We are a trusted nonprofit serving children and young adults since 1903, supporting over 600 youth annually through programs like foster care, residential treatment, and education.

As a Cottage Therapist, you will be a vital part of our clinical team, providing therapy, supervising staff, and ensuring compassionate, tailored care in designated cottages.

Your responsibilities include leading therapeutic environments, conducting assessments, offering individual, family, and group therapy, and participating in team meetings. You will also be part of the on-call rotation for clinical support.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with North Carolina licensure.
  • At least 2 years of treatment experience with children and adolescents, preferably in residential settings.
  • Valid NC driver’s license, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and flexibility for evening/weekend hours.
