Job Description

Seeking a permanent board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) to provide primary care in Philadelphia, PA, primarily serving the North Philadelphia community.

Provide direct patient care for a panel of established patients, emphasizing wellness and chronic disease management.

Work within an FQHC with over 40 years of community service across three locations.

Participate in after-hours rotation and ensure continuity of care, including inpatient services.

Precept and mentor learners, engage in educational activities, and meet quality measures.

Requirements include PA license, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication skills, and experience with inner-city populations.
