Job Description
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides in-home personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, skin, nail, oral, peri-care, ambulation, and toileting assistance. They may also perform basic homemaking tasks as needed. The role requires excellent communication and documentation skills, a good work history, and a valid driver’s license, with experience in nursing homes or home care preferred. Candidates must be certified as a Home Health Aide or on the registry.
Benefits include flexible schedules, vacation after 1 year, holiday pay after 90 days, a $1500 sign-on bonus, and weekend pay at $15/hr for 10+ hour shifts. Pay rate is $13.50/hr.
