Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to children with autism and their families.

  • Conduct and report on speech and language assessments, develop and implement intervention plans in early intervention settings.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to track progress and set goals.
  • Coach and support staff in implementing treatment protocols within a clinic environment.
  • Write progress reports, perform re-evaluations, and provide home programming and parent training.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

    • Minimum qualifications include 2-3 years of pediatric therapy experience, a valid license, and a passion for improving outcomes for children with challenges. Preferred skills include experience with multidisciplinary teams, child-led interventions, and working with infants/toddlers.
