Join a well-established, physician-led pediatric practice in Vancouver, WA, serving families since 1979. We seek a Board-Certified or Eligible pediatrician to work full-time (4 days/week, 8:40-5pm), with responsibilities including patient care, newborn rounding, and splitting call among 13 providers. The role offers a two-year partner track, revenue-based bonuses, fully covered insurance for family, and a supportive team with in-house care managers and referral coordinators. Our practice utilizes Epic EHR and values physician input in business decisions, promoting work-life balance and professional fulfillment.

Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited school, valid medical license, and a commitment to family-centered care.
