Hand Surgeon Independent 1099

Job Description

Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care in a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities include treating medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. The position involves approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, with compensation based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Candidates must have medical malpractice insurance and are expected to work in a manner that positively impacts patient lives.
