Seeking pediatric physicians for a vibrant practice in Jacksonville, FL, committed to family and community-centered care.


  • Positions available: outpatient provider for ambulatory care and newborn hospital calls, and hospitalist for admissions and in-patient care.
  • Join a team of 12 pediatricians and 10 mid-level providers across 7 locations, recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and leader in population health.
  • Offerings include competitive salary up to $300,000, incentives, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid malpractice, CME allowance, and PTO.
  • Shared after-hours and weekend call schedule, with a focus on quality and comprehensive pediatric care.
  • Qualifications: Board-certified in Pediatrics, Florida Medical License; bilingual abilities and developmental experience are a plus.
  • Eligible for loan repayment programs up to $250,000 over 5 years.
