Join a respected healthcare team providing patient care in post-acute facilities within your community. This role involves managing and coordinating care for an assigned patient population, with comprehensive training, shadowing, and Medical Director oversight to support your success.
The schedule consists of 8-hour day shifts, 7 days on followed by 7 days off, totaling 26 weeks off annually, along with a full benefits package.
Ideal candidates possess strong communication, empathy, organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude. Required credentials include a Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification, and relevant clinical experience.
