This full-time Master’s Level Therapist position offers a compensation incentive.

Job Summary

We seek a compassionate, skilled therapist specializing in adolescent care to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation to promote behavioral health and support patients’ healing journeys. Ohio licensure and a Master’s Degree are required.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and interventions
• Stay current with behavioral health developments

Qualifications

• Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LIMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
• Master’s Degree

Work Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
