Job Description
This position is for a hand surgeon serving as an independent contractor in a healthcare setting.
Provide specialized surgical and non-surgical care for patients with orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. Work approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your private practice. Collaborate with medical and therapy teams to manage complex cases, facilitate return to work, and support functional restoration. Communicate with employers and participate actively in case management. Qualifications include: Experience with work-related injuries preferred. State licensure, MD or DO graduation from accredited institution, unrestricted DEA license. Board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery. Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage required.
