Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for in-person adult clinical services in Brainerd, MN. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments.

Responsibilities include facilitating group and individual therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, maintaining compliant documentation, and ensuring client safety.

Qualifications:

Licensed as an LADC

12 hours in co-occurring disorders

Clean for at least two years (attestation required)

Ability to pass a DHS background study

Proficiency in the 12 Core Functions of chemical dependency counseling

Preferred qualifications include experience with co-occurring disorders, CPR certification, and community-based work.
