Job Description

Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate wound care and healing.

  • This full-time, salaried role offers flexibility with no on-call, evenings, weekends, or holidays, primarily working Monday-Friday.
  • Provides in-home wound care, assessing patient health, developing care plans, and administering advanced treatments.
  • Requires local travel with reimbursed mileage; equipment and training provided.
  • Qualifications include certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA), at least 1 year of experience, and wound care familiarity is a plus.

  • Must be licensed in Minnesota and willing to travel approximately 75%.
