Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will oversee daily clinical operations of Behavioral Health Counseling Services and collaborate with RHC providers to serve the community.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and current LCSW license in Texas. Experience in assessments, discharge planning, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention is preferred. Must understand regulations, clinical group therapy, documentation, and demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, documenting progress, and communicating with families and agencies.
