Job Description
We are seeking motivated LCDC-I candidates for a full-time role offering flexible schedules, tele-support, and a rewarding environment.
Provide screening and assessment using DSM-V and TDI criteria to determine eligibility or referral.
Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, completing reviews promptly.
Deliver individual counseling, process group therapy, and psycho-educational groups weekly.
Utilize virtual and telephonic methods to reach clients with limited access to recovery resources.
Complete case management documentation and service coordination per licensing standards.
Engage in community outreach, education, and represent the organization on local committees.
Maintain professional behavior, adhere to ethical codes, and comply with supervision and training regulations.
Requires travel, a valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to relocate to Big Spring, TX.
