Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, providing services to individuals in the community.

Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs according to state laws and care plans.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and physicians to develop and implement therapy plans.

Treat patients to improve communication and instruct families and caregivers in therapy techniques.

Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for home visits.
