Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care in assisted living communities.

Enjoy a balanced schedule with No Nights or Weekends, a supportive team experienced in geriatric care, and competitive pay ranging from $60K to $120K based on experience.

Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, managing chronic and acute conditions, creating care plans, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating residents and families.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing and active NY NP license with DEA registration
  • Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics or long-term care
