Speech Language Pathologist San Jose Area – retention bonuses

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join our team, offering two $2,500 retention bonuses paid in December and June.

Work with school-aged clients in educational settings to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Conduct assessments using tools like BDI, REELS, PLS-5 and develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals.

Provide guidance to families and maintain accurate documentation of progress.

Stay current with industry advancements through ongoing professional development.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, valid licensure, and experience in school settings preferred. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay starting at $70/hour, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, and license reimbursement. This is an in-person position with hours not exceeding 37.5 per week.
