Job Description

Seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health services in multiple California locations, including San Jose and surrounding areas.

• Entry-level and new grads welcome; no prior home health experience required.
• Per diem schedule with a minimum of 6 visits per week, offering flexibility and independence.
• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, voice, swallowing, and related disorders, developing personalized care plans.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings remotely to ensure coordinated care.
• Requirements include a valid CA SLP license, reliable transportation, CPR/BLS certification, and successful CFY completion.
