The Family Medicine Physician, under supervision, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality services aligned with protocols and policies.
Key responsibilities include conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and utilizing telehealth when appropriate. They lead the care team, coordinate patient flow, and ensure documentation complies with legal standards.
They ensure services meet regulatory and funding requirements, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and oversee adherence to clinical guidelines. They foster effective communication within the team and with external partners, maintaining patient confidentiality.
Administrative duties involve team meetings, performance evaluations, and supporting community outreach. They practice cost-effective care, document accurately for billing, and uphold licensure and certification standards.
The role offers a full-time salary ($275,000–$290,000) with benefits, requiring bilingual Spanish skills (preferred), a valid medical license, DEA certification, and the ability to work in North Hollywood, CA. Relocation is necessary prior to start date.
