Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist MD/DO to conduct non-treatment VA disability examinations for Veterans, focusing on disability claims without ongoing care or prescribing.
Enjoy a relaxed, customer-centric environment with on-the-job training and flexible scheduling.
Conduct in-person exams at designated or approved locations, completing charting for DBQ forms within 30 minutes to an hour.
Complete web-based documentation to assess diagnoses/disabilities, with appointments scheduled in advance.
Must hold a current Medical License and be able to attend a comprehensive VA Disability Examiner training in Oceanside, CA, with travel expenses paid.
Part-time, contract role offering $200-$400 per hour with benefits including flexible hours.
Applicants should be within 50-100 miles of Yuma, AZ, and available for the training scheduled from February 1-6, 2026.
