Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with a master’s degree to provide trauma-informed counseling for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

Responsibilities include delivering individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, providing crisis intervention, and participating in staff trainings. The role also involves collaborating with criminal justice and social service agencies, educating victims about their rights and available resources, and responding to emergency hotline calls.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of counseling experience, 2 years working with sexual assault/domestic violence survivors, and complete specialized training. Strong communication skills, professional liability insurance, and licensing are required. Benefits include a salary of $70,000, 403(b) match, paid time off, and health reimbursement options.

Note: In-person work required, with no remote options.
