Job Description
We offer flexible, in-home and virtual health assessment roles for NPs and PAs, focusing on evaluating members’ health, identifying care gaps, and promoting better outcomes.
Competitive pay: $120 for in-home, $100 for virtual visits, with completion bonuses and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm, with autonomy and employer-provided malpractice insurance.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medication review, physical exam, and health discussions, in members’ homes.
Qualifications include active licensure, board certification, CPR, and preferred home health experience; bilingual skills are a plus.
Must communicate effectively with elderly and chronically ill patients, and understand Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
