Seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive family and internal medicine care in Skilled Nursing Facilities across Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Venice, FL. The role involves managing patients with support from mid-level providers, with time divided among multiple facilities within a 50-mile radius, with travel reimbursement.

• Full-time or part-time position with a salary range of $225,000–$250,000 annually based on experience.
