Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.


  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech and language disorders.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions in both individual and group formats.
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, families, and other professionals to support communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid state licensure, and excellent assessment skills. Experience in a nursing setting is preferred. The role requires strong teamwork and communication abilities. Opportunities are available full-time, part-time, or PRN, with pay between $49-$52/hour, benefits, and the requirement to work in DeLand, FL, with relocation if necessary.
