Mental Health Therapist $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Therapists. Must be 20+ years old, with a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.

Salary: $57,000/year, based on education and experience.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution, and a valid state-issued license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT). A driver’s license and auto insurance are also required.

Minimum one year of supervised experience providing therapy to children and adolescents, with relevant coursework in child development and counseling.

The Therapist provides trauma-informed case management and therapy, collaborating with hospitals, schools, and community resources to meet client needs.
