Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide pediatric healthcare in a clinical setting.

Obtain comprehensive health histories, perform physical exams, and assess patient conditions.

Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and diagnose illnesses.

Order diagnostic tests, document findings accurately, and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Collaborate with care teams and community resources to ensure quality care and follow-up.

Utilize telehealth as appropriate and maintain compliance with licensing and prescribing regulations.

Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, at least 2 years of clinical experience, valid Texas RN and FNP licenses, bilingual in Spanish a plus, and EMR experience.
