Job Description

We are a growing provider supporting 600 long-term care facilities across multiple Midwest states, with immediate openings for Fully Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health. This part-time role in Battle Creek, MI involves

  • providing direct psycho-social evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment for nursing home residents
  • conducting individual, group, and family therapies
  • seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance
  • collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
  • maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation

  • working autonomously with clinical support.
