Join Our Mission: Collaborative Care for Students with Autism
We seek a passionate ASHA-certified, NYS-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a private school setting.
Focus on functional communication by collaborating with teachers, support staff, and ABA instructors in a push-in model. Develop and implement communication goals using AAC methods, visuals, high-tech devices, and a total communication approach. Address receptive/expressive language, pragmatics, motor speech, feeding, and oral-sensory-motor skills. Manage a small caseload to ensure quality therapy and progress monitoring. Lead assessments, reports, IEPs, and collaborate on behavior plans with ABA team. Work Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–3:45 PM, with a 12-month schedule and benefits including health insurance, CEUs, and retirement plans.
Qualifications include NYS licensure, TSSLD certification, and CCC-SLP. CFY candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Beneficial skills include ASD experience, sign language, iPad programming, and sensory-motor exercises.
