Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (Credentialed) to provide therapeutic support to individuals with mental health, behavioral, and substance use challenges.

Responsibilities include

  • conducting assessments
  • leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions
  • developing person-centered plans
  • coordinating care with internal and external resources
  • overseeing discharge planning

    Qualifications include a
  • graduate degree in Social Work or related field
  • valid licensure as an LCSW in North Carolina
  • minimum 2 years of relevant experience
