Job Description

Join a premier Level I Trauma Center in Mesa, AZ, as a Trauma Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner). This full-time, contract role offers 13 shifts/month of 13-hour days/nights with no required call, serving a diverse community in a high-acuity environment.

  • Deliver advanced trauma care, assist in procedures, participate in resuscitations, admissions, ICU and ward rounds.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across ICU, trauma, and emergency settings.
  • Qualifications include AZ PA or NP license, ATLS/ACLS/PALS, with trauma or ICU experience preferred.
  • Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 DOE, with comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), CME allowance, and paid time off.
