Job Description

Seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and swallowing therapy for children birth to 3 years old.

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in young children.
  • Participate in developmental assessments, IFSP planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Travel to children’s natural environments and train parents on treatment strategies.
  • Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and state standards.
  • Work independently or with a team, requiring self-direction, extensive paperwork, and travel using a personal vehicle.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, valid Texas license, and prior pediatric experience preferred. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Big Spring, TX. In-person work with flexible hours, full-time, with salary between $65,000-$75,000.
