**Requirements:**
- Previous clinical experience in mental/behavioral health
- Passion for working with young populations
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field (or enrollment in a Doctorate program)
- Licensed, pre-licensed, or eligible to transfer license in relevant mental health fields
- Experience with individual, family, or group therapy; familiarity with substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care preferred
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive therapy for adolescents with various mental health and behavioral issues, including substance abuse
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and observations
- Conduct clinical interviews with clients and families, sharing pertinent information with the team
- Build rapport and support patients through a 28-35 day mental wellness journey
- Assist with aftercare and discharge planning, collaborating with families and clinical team members
