Job Description

We are hiring a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health services in Thermopolis, WY.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy (including PTSD care), managing case files in compliance with HIPAA, collaborating with healthcare teams, and implementing evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work and valid LCSW licensure
• Experience in behavioral health and case management preferred
• Proficiency with medical records and HIPAA regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of PTSD care is desirable
