Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing team in Kansas City, KS.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for residents.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support communication and swallowing functions.

Document progress, educate residents, families, and staff, and stay current with therapy techniques.

Participate in facility meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications: Valid licensure, experience in pediatrics or adult rehab preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, compassionate patient care approach, and teamwork ability.
