Seeking a motivated *Speech Therapist* to join a person-centered, small-home residential environment on a scenic campus in Cicero, NY.
Evaluate and treat residents with various diagnoses following physician’s orders. Provide personalized speech, voice, swallowing, and language therapy using evidence-based methods. Complete documentation, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in care planning. Perform screenings, referrals, and assist with staff training. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and ensure safety and quality care.
