Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, and ensure compliance with treatment models and timelines.
Ensure completion of clinical documentation for residential and community services.
Provide supervision, training, and support to clinical staff, including assessments and treatment planning.
Review and approve treatment plans, service notes, and bio-psychosocial evaluations.
Facilitate community linkages, conduct assessments, and make referrals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain compliance with policies, participate in training, and lead or co-facilitate groups and trainings.
Act as on-call supervisor for crisis intervention, with flexibility for schedule needs.
Must hold an active LICSW, be licensed, and able to work in Andover, MA.
