Job Description

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Paonia, CO. This full-time, part-time, or PRN role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech and swallowing issues, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications require Colorado licensure and SLP certification. Benefits include a flexible schedule, relocation assistance, and a competitive hourly rate of $48.37 – $51.62.
